Currently the size is small because of so little users (only about ~300 proxies in the rotating pool). As more people buy from the pool, the larger the pool gets. For instance, our USA rotating pool is now ~3000 large, and growing each day

I have been using these proxies for the past couple of days.
First I was kinda confused because all the proxies had the same ip address. But there was a quick tutorial explaining all about this and some other helpful stuff on the management panel.

Proxies are fast and works excellent with GSA. The management panel is nice.

OP is very helpful and quickly answered all the problems I had.

If you are looking for cheap and fast proxies from Germany , this service is worth giving shot!
