Instagram keep asking for phone verification

Hello,

I'm using one proxy/sim card per account with low follow settings ( 50/75 per day ), no comment et few posts per day on Follow Liker. But instagram keep asking for phone verification every 3/4 days.

Why?

Here is what to do:

1) Register a throwaway Gmail account
2) Sign up for Google Voice
3) Connect to your cell phone
4) Verify via phone through the Voice number
5) Disconnect the cell phone from the Voice account

All done.

This is a foolproof way to get almost any non-established account banned.

That is highly incorrect.

A lot of IG accounts have been banned due to using google voice. If you still have working accounts with GV then I highly suggest you use another source in the near future.

hai friends, google voice is not only reason for banning Instagram accounts. if you make accounts in unique proxy and unique phone number,that account will be more stable. if you verify 2 account per phone number that second account goes to disabled soon. this is applicable for all that Virtual number and Real Sim.

What tools do you use to follow: bots or webservices?
Do you make only follows all the time?
Also, how did you created accounts: software or webservice? If software, did you changed Android ID for each account and restarted the emulator to make changes work? You should also change GUID of software for each account and not all android emulators can let it to make easy.
There are also few things that can make your accounts flagged or linked.

If you tell that to us, then we can understand the situation deeper.

This is not true. Ive been verifying with virtual numbers for 3 years. Last trigger i verified 10 accounts with same virtual number, which was already used hundreds of times by other accounts. All are fine and spamming smoothly. All for free
