Don't know if someone else has already posted a list like this, but I see a lot of people asking what niches are good to start off in. I put together a list of 50 Desperate Niches that are buying niches and easy to monetize. These are perfect for noobs who don't know where to start or are unsure if the niche they want to try would be worth it or not. Here they are:
50 Desperate Niches
All of these pertain to people who are looking for an immediate solution and are ready to BUY. Having a website helps, but you don't even need that. Easy ways to make some money off these niches:
Clickbank Products
Do something as simple as making a quick YouTube video after some keyword research and sending viewers to a Clickbank product through a redirected affiliate URL. You'll still need to buy a domain name and some hosting ($1.99 on 1and1 if you're a new customer and $4 for hosting on HostGator), but you don't need any web design skills - just redirect the URL and passively make money from YouTube traffic. If you want to make more money, create a website for yourself and send traffic to your website instead of redirecting and losing leads. This way is more lucrative in the long run, because you can get subscriptions by setting up an opt-in box on your website and building a list to generate monthly income from. You can still promote Clickbank products on your site with a review page or banner ads.
CPA Offers
Make some more YouTube videos (they don't even have to be over a minute long) with Camtasia or another video editing program - simple slide videos work just fine. Talk about the struggles of whatever problem niche you've chosen and make it sound like you relate to that person's problem. At the end of the video, direct them to the URL with your CPA offer.
Adsense
Make a simple blog related to your niche and fill it with quality content. Put Adsense blocks at the top of the site. Again, use YouTube videos to drive traffic, rewrite articles with your URL in the author box, etc.
There are hundreds of ways to monetize these niches and tons of great threads here on BHW that will help you learn how to drive traffic. Hope this helps give some of you a direction on where to start!
