yea correct, the better your engagement rate the better the payment

try revfluence, had the best results with them. However you need to contact the brands on your own on their inbuilt message platform

Yeah they send these kinds of mail to a lot of people but in the end it's the brands who decide and to get chosen you better have a BIG account.
