Domain link getting blocked within a week :(- multiple times even when being discreet!

Im getting really fed up with pinterest now. They are so fucking strict.

I have changed domain several times now and within a few days it gets blocked.

This time I was really trying to play it under the radar and still made no difference.

I was only pinning the link on my own pins, and only doing it sporadically. I would repin pins from the main niche board for my niche then only upload and add my url in about 30% of the pins. Still fucking blocked this morning.

I dont see how much more careful I can be? Seems it needs some extreme ninja cloaking to get anywhere with them now. Fucking, up their own ass, pricks.

Yeah, they're fucking nuts and support is useless. They automatically seem to block new accounts registered from amazon aws ip ranges for example. I've had my second account suspended and I've just pinnned manually. Waste of time to do anything from amazon ips.

Im having to put all pinterest on hold for now till I devise a new plan from the ground up. I was just starting to see decent traffic of around 350 uvs per day before this shit crushed it.

Gonna focus on the other less draconian social sources and keep pinterest at the back of my mind for a bit.

Well I was great for over a year until I got my domain banned a month or so ago. I would post the domain 100% of the time on all pins for all that year previous no problems but since I got that first domain ban Ive had nothing but trouble. I was metaredirecting to that same website so maybe my site is getting re-reported and they ban it quickly since its a 'known offender'.

So I guess I have to make a new website.

I hear you. 2 of my domains got blocked yesterday. I contacted support for a fix. Since my contents are original, I'm hoping they'll unblock me.

Meanwhile, my accounts are all intact and active, including the accounts tied to the websites. Also, the pins are repinnable and peeps are repinning as I type this. It's just that you can't get to my sites because they're blocked. Usually, when a site is blocked, you get a warning and it won't let you repin.

I noticed a site in similar situation. I don't think they got unblocked yet, but they're pinning from FB, Google+ and Twitter to get traffic. I'm not sure how much audience you lose by doing this. And I'd hate to be doing something like this for primary traffic, but it seems like a good idea if you don't want to pin from the same domain all the time.

Be really careful thinking that your accounts are still safe and useable. This is how I got a mass ban when I repinned from the main accounts since they flag the main account and suspend any other accounts that interact with them.

Thanks for the warning. I thought about this and set my bots to just pin w/o using my pins/images. It's running now to continue gathering followers and building up my boards. Meanwhile, I can't stop other people from pinning my images. Hopefully that falls in my favor.

I see people running with like bots only. Now fucking pins, only liking your pins. Saw one profile with about 7k likes, and about 100-200 followers. That's pretty bad, but perhaps somewhat safe? It was also following accounts, too, lol.

Those IP's have been spammed to the max. Don't use them on any popular social network.

use private proxies for each account..

i write articles and then pin to the boards, so i think that your problem should be in content.. maybe the users of pinterest are reporting you because you don't have relevant article

After a couple of days, my sites are still blocked. Bad thing is that Pinterest algo is reassigning various sites as links to some of my pics. Some of these sites are scrapers. Some to Youtube. Some to sites that don't even have my pics on their page. Keep in mind that these are my pics not scraped from others, i.e. paid for them then PS to uniqueness, took them myself, friend/family gave them to me etc.

I'm curious now how things will work if my sites are unblocked. Will MY links be assigned back to MY pics? I hope so.

What if I remain blocked? Will I have to compete against these bogus links if I were to reuse MY pics again in a different domain? A handful of my pics are top in keyword searches. The top one is likely giving a scraper site an infusion of 300-500 views/day maybe more.

That's always a possibility. But I doubt Youtube and other large sites including restaurants will hack me just to add their link. It's Pinterest algo behavior when a site is blocked. It will then reassign the links to something in their database. For the most part, it's the original site. In my case, the original site is blocked so it's picking up other links.

I think I know what happened. And it's enforced by what you were doing. Since the beginning of my sites, I've been using the AddThis plugin which adds a tracker onto the URL. Something like #tas_1235. I don't like that. But didn't think much of it until I realized that it gets in the way of triggering rich pins. Hence, in recent weeks, whenever I pin from one of my accounts, I manually changed the URL to remove the extension. IMO, Pinterest is tracking that manual action and if it happens enough times, the auto block is triggered. I realized now that there's a setting for AddThis that will turn off the tracker. I should have looked into it much, much sooner.
