Actually its on the user right to can delete his username or moderation should close his account changing the name to random one. And only for regular users not itrade users of course because of B.S cases

why do you care at all?

you account isn't in bad standing, you almost posted nothing

mods have better things to do than taking care of 0 post accs
if you are worried about being linked to BHW, don't be, it isn't hacking forum or anything from that sort
don't login anymore, almost nothing comes up on Google for your username anyway, you'll be just fine

edit: i see now, you're worried, because of your new job
i don't really see the problem with that either, i'm not really sure if it would mean any disadvantage to have an account here
at the same time how would they know your username and that it's actuall you? it's not like you used your real name to sign up
