paypal to cash method

Hey i have a method that may be old and already tought of , the idea is finding a site that accepts both paypal and western union or payoneer , and you set up two accouns , one as a buyer and one as a seller , you put something on sale with account number 1, and you buy that thing with account number 2 , you pay with paypal and recieve with western union , there might be a fee of 10% or less
the question is what are the sites that accept both paypal and western union (or payoneer ) as a payment option

So, let me see if I get this clear.. this would only help you to CASH money paid through paypal ? Why not just link paypal with your bank account ?

Wow 10% here 15% there and when you have finished paying extortionate fees, you have fuck all left. My advice, just fuck PayPal off.
