Most of the SEO's keep on saying, we have to interlink all the post. will google treat it as on page spam ? is it necessary to do ? I have already given menu navigation. is this fine or should I use linking b/w content.
You mean embedding links in articles that lead to each other? There's nothing spammy about that so long as it is actually offering value to users and helping them navigate logically through the site.
if you have a guide or tut on your site it would only make sense that you would link to it in your article to save people leaving and searching to find something you have for them ,i have often wandered about this being as important as people say myself for the same reasons you mention and i can only really think that by stopping people leaving you are improving your bounce rate which is a key ranking factor in itself .
Internal Linking is absolutely fine. Make sure is your linking perfect? If your CTR is good enough. You should get more benefit. Too much internal link is looking like spammy link.
1. Proper navigation.
2. It decrease the bounce rate of website.
3. Pass link juice to other pages.
On-page optimization, and Off-page optimization are the two things that plays a major role in SEO. This is one of the technique which you need to focus on for ranking your website & its inner pages as well.
This is a great way for you to get anchor text relevancy. It also strengthens your whole domain and allows you to flow authority and PageRank to the pages you feel need it the most.
Use internal linking, but dont link with your main keywords, prefer linking to long tail and generic keywords. also avoid having too many links on a page.
