Sending proxy traffic to CPA offer? Is it safe?

I was looking at AdFly and noticed that they offer cheap traffic for $0.4 per 1,000 unique visitors. And they call it "proxy traffic".

I was just wondering if it was safe to send it to a CPA offer? This offer will be on ShareASale.

I was just wondering if ShareASale or the advertiser could tell that it is proxy traffic? Does proxy traffic look different than normal traffic to the network/advertiser?

I can fake the referrer, but I was just wondering if the IP/geo would cause trouble?

If the traffic has some footprints, that'll taint your converting traffic too
