You could use crackrevenue, it's an adult (kind of cpa) website. You get paid per lead or sale and you got offers like nude webcam shows and such.

Unless you have your own audience, you will have no one watching you have sex with random guys....
Build your own audience, then move to your site. You still get paid on chaturbate, but not as much as you will on your own site.
Social media is everything in this game, you could also do well with your own pornhub channel. This will again help you grow an audience.
A twitter account posting naughty stuff and instagram will also help you grow this audience.

So I think a membership site is the best way to go, charge them to sign up, then a monthly fee and charge extra for specials.
You should get some decent photos done and a couple of HQ videos made to put on the site to get some interest.
Then spam twitter and adult facebook groups.
