New Instagram Journey,May I get some tips?

So I saw there are no kind of really good tattoo niche kind of instagram/facebook sites on the internet,decided to make one with the best tattoos on the internet in one page, started the facebook one first but it is not going as well as planned,
last night I made this IG page, and Im really surprised that in one night I got 80 followers so far,Is this good or its really bad?
Im not looking forward to make money from this page,my goal is to reach this page to as many people as possible.
So far I've readed alot of posts the past days on BHW,and Im really thankful for the help this community offered for me.
But I think a thread of my own would even help more.
so may I get any tips for getting more followers on the page?
