I know there are these porn hastags where kids flood around, but im to scared to use them. because last time i used porn tags i got banned...

check for trending topics of instagram, twitter, there are many sites showing those and you'll see exactly what works each given day

I would recommend to look for hashtags between 10k-500k posts because anything over half a million usually gets instantly lost in spam. Focus on having hashtags that are relevant and semi active way more than focusing on the large ones that most apps and sites will recommend to you.
