In regards to the renewal order #968 (initial #888), it is currently under process. Having the monthly service renewed on July 27th, you should expect your second report by August 27th. In other words, you should be receiving the monthly report the 27th day of every month of subscription.

As a side-note, it is important to mention that we usually manage to deliver the report a few days before the actual deadline date.
