1. The content, is it related to the keywords, or just generic with included keywords in title and body?

2. Can I order 2x 750 and then do it like this:

For first 50 use URL-spintax 1
For next 50 use URL-spintax 2
etc.

Or would that be to much of an hassle?

2> Yes, you can do that. You can include as many urls in spintax.
