I just received my order and everything looks good. Sites look natural and are def. HTML. Links are all in the footer which is not what I was expecting but they will pass juice.
There are so many gigs these days I got mixed up and thought it was in-content but overall great work and it all happened within the TAT.

Yes, link juice will pass to a site regardless of which country it is. So it will help in all Google domains. Maybe you can look at your on page seo, and depending on what other services you used, you could also have gotten some backlinks that have hurt your sites.

Just received reports for my 2nd and 3rd order and I am happy with the results.
I noticed the keywords are already moving up which is a good sign. I would like to be able to see some of the full url in reports though but I do get screen shots
