that's not bad at all, really depends on your niche though...

i have an account with 6k followers that gets about 20 - 40 retweets...

at the same time i have a different account with 5k followers that gets 1 - 10 retweets

it's all about the niche...

I finally reach my goal of 10k followers and I'm gonna do more aggressive campaign to reach 20k and than I will stop with follow/unfollow tactic.
