Btw, does the subscription provide unlimited credits per month? I know a few of the competitors only give a set number of credits.

OP, any chance you could explain how SER says it has sent 3500 text captchas to your service but your site says it has only received 68....?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!​

This service simply does not work, GSA SER sends tens of thousands of text captchas to the service and the service website tracks around 5% of them. No idea where the other 5% are going.

Also the OP does not seem to be giving any form of customer support.
