Dailymotion Blacklisted video can't upload

haha well this is embarrassing. Dailymotion is fucking with me. Unbelievable.

I had one of my videos deleted recently, and now I try to reupload it and I get this:

Upload Error[ERR:Cannot save url from uploader] Video is blacklisted

I tried changing the name of the video slightly, but that didn't work.

What kind of magic will allow my video to get around this? Change video size? MD5 Hash or whatever it's called? Change format? What will allow me to upload the video again? Preferably if possible to not have to cut portions of the video.

Well you guys, I decided to test something. It worked. Vid uploaded.

1. Changed video name before uploading
2. Changed video format from mp4 to avi
3. Cut 1 second off the end of the video
4. The 1 second cut and format change changed the size of video a little bit

And I used a free Video editing program to do my business called Freemake Video Converter. You can download it for free off their website.

You could have also just changed the hash value of the file. But yeah dailymotion doesn't seem to be too strict like youtube.

I have same problem and i can't upload any video i tried steps above butt it doesn't work for me please help

You need to recompile the video in a video-making program like Sony Vegas or Windows Movie Maker. This will allow you to upload it again without getting blacklisted. (At least for a while)

You do not need to recompile/re-encode your video to upload the blacklisted video to dailymotion. Just change the hash. Add a few bytes to the end of the file. There are simple tools that do this nearly instantly.
