I wonder how to make an accurate keyword research for ecommerce? Please train me on this or suggest some resources.

Find your competitors and check their back-end. What they actually are doing ? Use long-tail pro for finding best keywords and competitors. :)

To grab more traffic, create category pages that are optimized for long tail keywords that describe the type of category your products fall into. These category pages do not all have to be linked through your menus.

To grab more targeted and specific leads, optimize the product pages for brand, color, and other specs. These will bring in lower traffic, but who cares because it is targeted BUYERS.

Do both and your ecommerce store will thrive :)

Thanks for anwers! I do not want to make a new thread, could you give some advice how to blast facebook marketing? I mean what are not common ways of getting traffic from FB. I know spamming in groups, what are the tactics to promote with members/fake accounts?

I checked alot readings, so as I understand the main idea is to find out which keywords are related with my website, then prioritize them predicting benefit of keyword and make a list of most valuable keywords and work on them. If i am thinking right, my more detailed questions would be, how you ,guys:

1) Think the keywords to check. Methods: a) checking competitors b) ....
2) How to prioritize them? a) Check google keyword tool b).....

Please advice more methods, lets think together :)

Thanks in advance!

yea not really sure what you are asking but before you start an ecommerce site, research the niche which you want to do business. If you want to rank organically, you want to see the difficulty to rank for each one of those keywords to basically understand how challenging it would be to get up there.

Yep, I understand that, can you instruct me more about that how to see that difficulty as accurate as possible. How are you evaluating challenge?

I have an accurate example of my situation, could anyone help me to solve this out?
My purpose: to choose the most valuable keywords and work on them.

I have 4 e-commerce websites, from which 2 has both sexes clothing (men and women) 1 is only for men and 1 is only for women.
Lets say I do not want my shops to compete on same keywords, and I think that it will be much stronger if I will target those to different.

So I make the keyword research with google planner, and I have some list of keywords

how many keywords I should choose for each site?
how to choose keywords and how many of short/long tailed keywords to take for each site?

I am not surprised why it took you so long after reading your name :)))
Ok so maybe you could answer more detailed and give me some tips that I could do it in 4 days? How many keywords to take ? How you decide which one is better - more searched but bigger competition or less searches with lower competition. I NEED details, dudes, dont leave me here!

I am using Long Tail Platinum, its awesome.
Its always do 70-80% of my keyword research.

Thats more likely what I was lookin for. Thank you, Honey! :))

How many keywords you choose to work on?
Depending on necessity. I do affiliate marketing, so I always go with some Review Keyword, Product Keyword, some Keywords for Articles & some sub category keywords.

Hell dear,

For getting the accurate keyword is Google keyword tool, Market samurai, Wordtracker, and Ispionage.

Goodluck!

Google Keyword tool is a really good. But you need to create a Google Adwords Account first before you can use it.
Here can you research for your keywords with information like monthly request, competitor and so on.
