so i want to start music channel on youtube by uploading electonic dance music, but i dont know what to do with copyrights... maybe anyone knows what should i do? :( (sorry for terrible english)

If the music is not yours, you'll be faced with 2 (non of your) choices:
-1- The owner will want you to put down the video, and you'll have an infringement warning (I think after 2 your channel gets banned)
-2- The owner is ok with you using his music, but advertisement will go to the rightful owner.

You can find a lot of copyrigh free music in youtube's library!
However; use of some of the music require you to turn off youtube adsense!

wow, 2 infringement warnings and your guaranteed a ban? that's messed up

So music networks on YouTube often works with smaller artists who aren't signed to lables. Basically, the bigger networks gets lots of artists that send their tracks to them, and they choose what they like and then upload. Therefore they have no problems with copyright etc.

Just check for example Ch*ll N*tions policy on the bottom of the page:

EDM music is different to normal mainstream music, I think copyright will be less strict
