For us, it's not worth much, but for people who don't know anything about blackhat you can sell it for some good money
and where i can sell account for "people who don't know" ?

First off, 11K textposts is worth literally nothing. I'd know, because I have a few accounts in that niche which are much larger than yours and I still think of them being worth little. At least grow it 10x. Then it could be valuable possibly. Second off, it seems you are very inexperienced in IM in general if you need to ask that. People won't come up to you, you need to find them. Especially since your account isn't interesting at all. Heck, it's difficult to sell a 50K-100K even to "people who don't know". If your accounts well into the 6 figures in terms of followers, or even 7 figures, people will come up to you and offer you prices themselves. Textposts isn't a very good niche for value. The followers are mostly kids and tweens who love to unfollow, are easily annoyed, and in order to sell them anything you need to keep in mind that most of them would have to ask their parents for their credit card.

Cost as in.. management? Over a 6 month period, you're looking at least at a couple hundred dollars for proxies and igerslike. (Unless you would use something else to post, but that works good for me and a few other experienced users on here. Also factor in whether you need a VPS or not. Maybe not for 40.. but if you plan to expand to 50-100 and you have a very slow computer, maybe I'd look at that.)
Cost as in.. price of buying such a thing from someone? I wouldn't buy it because that's worth very little and the quality of the accounts is terrible. 3k-6K in babes can be made in less than a month EASILY. There's a lot of big accounts in that niche and it's not really a valuable one, since so many people can easily get into 5 figure numbers.
If you're thinking of selling something like that.. then again, look at what's written above. It's not worth much at all. If you would multiply everything x10, then maybe it'd be something. Total of 1.5M+ is nice, but for babes it would work best if you got to 4M-6M+ total followers with just those 40 accounts (At least 100K+ per each one), then it could be worth thousands.

No one will pay $200 for it, if you are lucky you can get low $xx

I'm sorry but I tend to disagree with all of this. If it's 10K REAL Followers and you have a good niche (eg. Fashion, Health/Fitness (non-Shoutout account), Automobiles, Real Estate, and somewhere along those areas then you can sell the account for about $1200. It really all depends on the account and if those are ALL REAL Followers.
For those that are saying it isn't worth anything, are most likely have accounts that are just general/funny pages or have SPAM/fake followers that boosted them up to 2k or more. I'm only stating this because I already sold 3 real accounts in the past 2 months, which was a fair trade because it took awhile to even build up some of these accounts.

this thing is, it was personal till like 5 days ago and got like 1-1.5k likes but not it's only 500-600 likes. I dont really have much time for it so anyone know where I can sell?
