I am sure that you are aware of the fact that it's not a one day task. This requires a lot of time and efforts.

All depends, I say that because I've found out from different people that there are different start up costs that may be involved -- VPS, Cost of the software if they don't have it, etc. It also depends on the number accounts. So starting out I might only need one or two a week, but once I get things rolling I might need 15-20+ per week.

I still haven't found one person that can do this. Once I find somebody that can confidently do this correctly (using webdom 4 or some other type of automation) there's plenty of money to be made.
