My Total Blog Posts 421 But Ony Some Of Indexed Please Help Me Out.

Agree with HoneyHelper, interlinking might work but a word of warning only link worthwile posts between them otherwise they might index but you might see a drop in ranking if the linked articles are low quality or irrelevant.

did you submit a sitemap to Google?

You may have information in the form of notifications regarding why some of your urls are not indexed in your webmasters toolbox from Big G. You may also wish to look at your sitemap, and confirm there is nothing wrong with it, or that it does not have duplicate links, etc...
