It would be easy to either be the bad guy or the good guy doing this with any of the methods on here people use to the social accounts. I doubt I can post a link but just check out huffinton post and search facebook bounty hunter.

I like the fake celebrity accounts endorsing white label products, but finding the fake accounts would be pretty simple to. Its just search names and making some twists in the search to find differences.
