Anyone know which bot software would be best for the following features?

Is it possible to scrape followers and filter by location/age/avatar etc before running a follow program on them?

I'm looking for a bot that will send an (at) reply 'thank you' tweet to everyone that follows me from a selection of different tweets so it doesn't look like it is the same every time.


I am also looking for a bot that can send a chase up DM to people on Twitter who received my auto DM but 24hrs later, is this possible?
