You need to use more flash graphics like them. You need to make the website just "POP!".

But seriously, where did you get in development. What particular parts are you having trouble with? Why did you not post this in the development section? Have you posted your errors on stack overflow? Why do people keep saying "Please suggest me"? Its not a complete sentence.

There are many clone scripts available to make a site like that. Just search in Google for terms like 'addmefast clone script' or 'social exchange script' or 'social traffic exchange script'. You'd need to customize the script to make it look unique. Also, you'd need to invest in a good server to handle the traffic.

If you are a good developer, you would not need a free website builder to do this in an hour just my two cents.

As pxoxrxn suggested, you need to use sources such as Stack Overflow for development queries or post in the Development section for help.
