How do you view files ending with .ra? Please help

So bit of a dumb question here... but how on earth do you view ra files? or is it rar?

I'm lost.

What's the easiest way?

I know its a really dumb question lol.

I forgot how to convert it.

I have windows 8, if that helps.

you don't view those, you listen to those
it's the abbreviation of real audio
