[Method] Amazon to eBay Drop-shipping Done Right! Spoon Fed! *Long/Detailed*

How do you deal with the situation where you have to order your item from Amazon from a third party merchant which is fulfilled by Amazon, but there is no option available to mark it as a gift? Won't they send a invoice with this order and it will show the price. I just noticed this on a few sellers. I know if it is fulfilled directly by Amazon we always have that option available to us.

Also if we mark item as gift and customer will return and wants refund how do we deal with Amazon not giving us a gift card for the amount instead of refunding us? I noticed this on Amazon FAQ:

"Can my gift recipient return or exchange a gift?

Gifts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for an Amazon.com gift card equivalent to the purchase price of the gift. We are not able to exchange gifts unless the item is defective or damaged. Visit Gift Returns and Refunds for more information."

How do we make sure we receive the refund and not the customer if package was marked as gift?

Any feedback?

How do you deal in situations where when someone orders from you and you go to order from Amazon and see that Amazon has increased the price to pretty much where it eats up all your profit? Day the margin was $6 and Amazon raised the price by $5.25. Do you just chalk it up to doing business or have a strategy to avoid this situation from happening?

I don't think amazon mark up their price.. There are sellers on amazon who does Murchant fufilled and FBA,.. What amazon does is is rotate the buy box for seller's so basically sellers on amazon are competing to win the BUY BOX, so they will have a chance to sell their item. I can't really explain it.. Anyways, to answer your question there are tracking software out there.. I heard there are some people who uses excel software to keep track of their inventory. Say if an item goes out of stock or prices goes higher (IT automatically TURNS RED). I tried to get a copy from some people but it always come with price. I uses a site called PRICECHIRP, but the owner says his system can only track 500,000 items. I think around 200,000 items are being track in the system right now.. what's cool about this website is that when amazon prices goes higher, lower or is out of stock it will automatically email you within an hour... I use it and it works perfect.. However, I'm looking for alternative just in case his website can't handle the VOLUME...

This has been addressed in the thread I believe, but in case it isn't... If I don't make profit, I refund the buyer and have Amazon refund me. Simple.

Hey Bro. Yes it could work for someone like you with 3000+ Positive feedback, But for someone like me who just started and have few feedbacks (In my case less than 100 since I just started the method last month). THANKS TO YOU!!!! :-)

But if someone in my situation gets even 1 neutral or negative feedback can effect ALOT I believe.
I personally lost 8 bucks on an order because the price gone up on amazon but l preferred to pay it out of pocket rather than get a negative feedback; Also, few days ago I got an order which I've been listing it in very first day of starting the Method and when I got the order I found out it's out of stock on Amazon. I contacted the buyer, apologized for being out of stock and told him my supplier misinformed me and used all those technics that you thought on the first post. but at the end, customer wasn't exactly happy with the situation and I had to send him 3 emails back and forth to calm him down. I consider myself lucky that he didn't left me any negative feedback.

So I guess a tracking software would be a GREAT help but I haven't found anything myself or they were so expensive.

Can you give your feedback on this question I posted earlier?

That's your decision to make. I send every item regardless and have never received one negative feedback over receiving an invoice...

Amazon always provides a refund as long as they get the item back.

You should follow the advice I have given to others all throughout this thread. If you just sit back and not try anything for yourself, you won't succeed. When I started this, I had no one to ask... Sometimes you have to do things on your own and experiment.

Once we setup the return thorough Amazon and send label to customer and they return item and Amazon refunds us, do we then just go to our Paypal transaction and refund from there the full amount they paid? We do not initiate any return process thorough Ebay at all? What about our Ebay FFV fees? How do we get those fees refunded?

Also I got a message from UPS that an item could not be delivered because customer moved. The address on both Paypal and Ebay were the same and I used that for shipping address. It shows delay in UPS system right now and I don't know how to handle it. Any suggestions?

Can you give me feedback on this since I have a return going back to amazon? So once Amazon refunds us we initiate a refund from EBay and buyer agress to it, we send refund, and get back Ebay Final Value Fees? Can you elaborate exactly how you do the return in your Ebay account?

Nice well detailed presentation of a well proven method. I would first check if the items you are interested in do sell well on ebay. There is a wide choice of programs that can take market statistics from eBay and analyse them for you. Type "ebay analysis" or "ebay analytics" into a search engine for a long list

Hey brother, have been doing this for about 5 months and I have a question regarding hiding my identity from Amazon, I also do FBA and wanted to know if you got banned, and how they banned you (Billing address? IP?)

I make amazon accounts monthly and want to make sure that I keep both identities separate, any tips?

I push five figures monthly and am a University student also, we should keep in touch!

You issue the refund on eBay and it happens immediately!

So do I go to the item in question in my seller dashboard and select "Return" and it will initiate a refund back to the customer from my PayPal and Also refund my final value fees? Can you give some more specific details on the steps I need to do in Ebay to complete the return process so customer gets money back and I get my Ebay FVF back? Thanks.

Absolutely, you go to items sold, instead of moving all the way to teh right and clicking the dropdown for [Cancel Order] instead of [View Sales Record] and initiate the cancel, should take about 5 minutes and you'll see the credits via paypal.
