I had my review pack delivered this morning so spent the morning pulling it apart. So below my findings.
First thing the do is check your site across with some software to see what citations you all ready had (i cant remember the name of it) this way you know your getting unique citations. Were off to a good start.
Second bit is the list of citations i had a list of 34 i did an index check on them all 7 out of the 34 were indexed so lot more to come from these its only been a week.
Highest DA was 94 Lowest was 21 so that's decent authority coming my way.
High PR T1 Links - Well they are what they say they also have good DA stats etc - My thoughts on these are how long will they stay? do you own them?
Second Tier work - 20k contextual links blast this should help these tier 1 get picked up.
They also supply a tracking code but i have my own.
So overall i would say this is good and only going to get better. Great way to start or kick on any site as you get a great authority boost. I have done nothing else on this site but a bit of onsite seo so really this looks like its going to be great.
My Niche is not the hardest but not easy these results started a week after they started work. I will continue to update as time goes to give a true reflection on results.

Good question and we are glad you guys brought it up. As many have noticed by now, the new local update has reduced the local map pack visible in the SERPs to 3 (though you can obviously view more if you click-through on more). The good news however is that the method of having your site placed at the top of the map pack has not changed - citations backed with heavy amounts of link juice is still key! If you use a service such as this and rank at the top of your map pack, you will now only be sharing it with 2 other competitors as opposed to 7 before
So for those actively doing SEO, this change is actually extremely positive.
