What do you think about hypnosis?

I am just curious what you guys think about hypnosis. Not so long ago many people believed that hypnosis is simply a fake. What do you know about the power of hypnosis? What kind of prejudice do you have about hypnosis?

Just tell me, in case someone goes to you and offers you a hypnosis session to stop smoking right now. What do you think about this scenario? Bullshit, Sceptical, Some truth, Amazing ?

I ask this, because i had amazing experiences with hypnosis and other stuff, but i feel like that most people still believe in this old show hypnosis fake prejudice.

I don't believe in it but its something I can see being possible.

Its one of those things you have to see it to believe it.

It takes you 2 min. of research to convince you that hypnosis is probably the most powerful tool you'll ever experience. Hypnosis literally could make all those medications useless.
I mean did you ever thought about what is the alternative a to a general anesthetic in case you need to be operated? It's hypnosis. You can fully deactivate pain in a trance.
This is unbelieve and still most people believe in this prejudice, which makes me crazy.

When People do not understand something they fear it and Hypnosis is just a name created by man to label an experience or state anybody can access the level of that state and the changes that can be achieved can be diluted by attitude fear and non compliance not willing to follow instructions that make you feel like you are giving over control to someone else.
If you have the ability to daydream then you can be hypnotized

Hypnosis is used widely in psychoterpia and it does give true results for healing old wounds,
Street hypnosis can work for short term too but usually work only on blurred minds
