Hello,
I'm gonna make 20 instagram accounts by a bot, also I want to use proxies after I make them (in FL).
How can I verify the 20 accounts ? (mobile verification)
will it be safe if I login to these accounts by my own IP? (to change profile picture)

You'd want to use the same ip FL is using to bot with when logging in to your phone to change,edit the acc.

For iPhone. Go to settings->wifi->[active wifi network]->http proxy->manual
Input your proxy ip and port.
Verify using Safari browser by going to whatismyip dot com

If you have another mobile phone. The settings should be similar.

What about phone verifications ? How can I verify account (usa proxy) with another country's phone ?

I too agree that you will need to login in using the same IP they were created from. I am sure they can tell when the accounts are linked and if you log in with all the same IPS after being created, they can probably see this from the admin page they have.

mobile operators have dynamic ip, users uses wifi and travel sometimes.

for phone verification google: sms-reg ( i cant post links ), 1 instagram verification costs ~$0,15
