Of course, there are a few free bulk mailing software programs. I got one of them.
But of coure, OP edited, I mean solution, no software. So SMTP in it.

No rdns, no spf, no dkim..nothing

Even if you get it, there are only older versions of the programs around, so your emails will mostly go to spam box.

Free Bulk Email Sender is just a shit... Waste of time nothing else. You should not go with free in serious field such as Email Marketing.
