Starting a 3 months campaign today. The domain is 10 years old, the latest site release was deployed 18 months old.
No SEO has ever been done on it.
It's quite a narrow segment, small search volume and already well ranked.
Let's see what they can do. I'll keep you posted.

Great communication, and most importantly great results. Steady rankings throughout the month. Went from nowhere to fourth page on all of my keywords.

Best part is that they work on your campaign steadily throughout the month, not just a heap of backlinks you paid for at the end of each month. Way more of an organic process with these guys, highly recommended!

They are permanent - unless we implement any network links in your campaign.

Here is my results, it has been 2 months:

Keyword 1: N/A -> N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches 2900
Keyword 2: N/A -> N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches 1000
Keyword 3: N/A -> N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches 880
Keyword 4: N/A -> N/A -> 99 Monthly Searches 590
Keyword 5: N/A -> N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches 110

I have signed up for 6 months with Bluemist SEO.

I have asked them to work on my brand new site, that had little SEO done.

I promised to post the results every month.

Here were we are at after a month:

Keyword 1: N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches: 2900
Keyword 2: N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches: 1000
Keyword 3: N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches: 880
Keyword 4: N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches: 590
Keyword 5: N/A -> N/A Monthly Searches: 110

So the first month didn't bring any results. The guys promised that the second month will be much better. Keeping my hopes up. I trust they can deliver.

CONCLUSION: In month #1, all pre-ranked keywords DROPPED significantly. In month #2, all pre-ranked keywords are recovering well. Hopefully, in month #3 (future), these pre-ranked keywords will be overshooting their initial positions. However, the NEW (un-ranked) keywords that were not in top-300, continue to be the same (un-ranked). I will post another update after 1 month.

CONCLUSION: In 3 weeks, my money making keywords on 1st page have gone down by few position. The remaining keywords positions have gone DOWN significantly. And the keywords that were not in top-300, continue to be the same. I will post another update after 2-3 weeks.

We've found an underlying issue with your campaign which we will discuss with you via Skype. We're sure once that gets fixed, your rankings should be going up the way it should be.

I can't emphasize this enough.. the customer service from these guys is incredible. They very much value customer satisfaction.

I had a slight dip in my keywords along the road, but they recovered, and recovered quite strongly. My kw's are all holding strong positions now.

I don't go to anyone else for SEO. This is QUALITY my friends.
