hey there ! actually i am looking for a paypal account which can send and receive the payment. I am from Nepal and here due to paypal terms and policy payment receiving is not allowed from other users. I can only send the payment from my account. So do u have any solution for it ?

Just placed a VCC order, thanks secondeye.

UPDATE: Well here we go, first time order issue and not sure what happens next now.

I placed an order, and had asked BEFORE the order if Skrill was ok for secondeye to use for payment. He assured me it was.

Order goes through, but uh-oh, payment is listed as "scheduled" instead of "sent". Guess what that means...it means Skrill's payment email isn't a registered Skrill account holder.

Sigh.

So he sends me a note "we never got payment", and I send back "paid via Skrill and it's held up because of nonsense with your Skrill account".

No response. And now I see my response email actually bounced off his support address as undeliverable.

The shame of it is I needed the VCCs for a time issue, and I could have paid via PayPal or a hundred other ways without a problem...I actually figured that Skrill would be easier for them to process because they list it as their favorite method of payment!

Oh well, needless to say very disappointed in the service, the product, the instructions, and the responses from secondeye. Haven't heard from him on Skype about the issue despite reaching out multiple times.

Not sure if this helps anyone else considering his service, but be SURE he has his stuff together when it comes to payments...otherwise you won't get what you ordered and the money might be lost.

And Today is Tuesday i paid on Thursday last week and still you havent gone to pick up the money from western union. I dont understand this delay if you cant go to western union to pick up why you told me to pay via western union?? I could use paypal my accounts dont get limited , i need this document now to unlimit my account the more you delay the more chances they wont unlimit it if i submit the document late

we already informed you that these VCC are for paypal verificaiton and we never tried it for awber, if you want to try do it at your own.

so can i make a new paypal from any country and verify it ? so that i can send and receive the payments ?
