Look in your junk box please.
About the trial, there is no problem, we can extend it because this problem. Be sure that it was already sent.
However, if you continue without finding it go to our HelpDesk and use the live chat or send a ticket with full details (including the email address used to purchase or the transaction ID)

My opinions...

The reverseproxy is useless... I bought a 5 port service, but after 10 minutes change 1 or 2 working, the others are dead. The provider sad, the google changed something, and block proxyes, and they need a couple of days to repair it, but i think this service is not cheap, and why should i buy this service, if they cannot guarantee me the 5 working ports with g pass?

But something between 80% to 90% of success is good in backconnects.

at the moment the success with backconnects is about 50%.With HMA i have some problems.Very often freezes.I don't know why.I have also notice that uses same ips with different ports.So with this situation you think is better to use the Exlude build in proxies ?from IGR?

If using Windows 2008 server and backconnect proxies: should I only disable securoty settings on the VPS or ALSO denie all cookied in IE security settings?

as with high security settings in IE google analytics tracks none of the visits?
