Is this a white or black hat technique

Thanks to everyone who gave a helpful response. So let me just ask, if I was to pay someone who used the methods in OP (but better quality methods/techniques lol) to help rank a YouTube video and Google caught me, would they remove my video/ban my channel or would they just stop my video coming up in relevant Google searches? And how easy is it to get caught doing these black hat methods?

I feel that they would just demote the video. I do not think they would ban the Youtube channel altogether. But then it is my personal view and it is upto Google/Youtube to decide what they would do. Google treats each entity as different.So, normally Google SERP would not directly communicate and tell Youtube to ban a channel.
