2.Are you going to apply from Chinese ip? If not , can I login from Chinese ip later?

Suggestions to all BHW members: go around adsense.
I don't mean to undermine the seller, no harm towards him, he's accounts are probably legit, but AdSense is sh*t. They can ban you without previous notice, after banning support doesn't reply to your tickets.
