How to know how many unfollows from user

Hello people, today a user that i unfollow , insult me for obviously (?) motivations but she said that she knows that i have unfollowed something like 4000 users. how can she knows that? I'm using followliker of course.
Can I hide this things or delete?

Well, if one day you are following 5000 people and after a week only 1000, do the math!

No is not like that, i follow and unfollow the same numbers of people, u can say at least that i have unfollowed 500 people, not more.

It's time to blacklist those users that respond with negative comments.

When using bot for a prolong time, the bot will comment, follow, and or unfollow the same user. You can't help this. Some users will remember your actions and respond negatively.

Ignore or apologies to them and move on. Just remember to blacklist them too.

Normal users also use some form of automation to increase their follower count.
