.edu links are move powerful, try to get more links from edu and gov links

Web2 are safe if the content are unique and the anchor diversified, I have test few kind of web 2 and I can say you that 1 good web2 rank better than 5 automated crapy with tiers linkink
A good web 2 is like :
- 7+ page of 400-600 words unique content (no spun)
- pics and youtube video with related name (I like my lsi keyword.jpg)
- nice anchor internal linking
- linked to other site, dont make only link to your site, make link to related post on big site like wikipedia forbe...
- no keywords in the name of web2 or autor name
- deleted the usless first page like "welcome to your wordpress blog"
- make a bio for your autor profile and pics
- no automate tiers linking !
In my experience the rank increase slowly but surely and you keep your link for life
EDIT: If you plan to make lot of web2, do the same as PBN, add new content each month and use private proxy

Also, do you use different email addresses to create web 2.0 blogs?

Awesome, thanks for your input. I will check out this list you are referring to.
With regards to PBN do you also use private proxy / respectively VPN?
I am also having trouble creating user accounts with different hosting services using fake names.
Would you reckon it is okay to use the same email address and contact details to buy hosting?
