Ordered 10 webs some time ago. Webs were delivered in about 8 days and they fit described values DA, PR etc. So i'm already working with them.
However 3 of them were under google spam filter because you can't get decent domains if they weren't droped, so this can happen. I got refund for those domains after well assistance in a skype, so it shouldn't be a big problem, i just would recommend to add domains in webmasters tools to check for it :P
