Getting back into Adsense.. Is it possible?

Here is a quick run-down of my situation.

• I was banned over 5 years ago.
• I have made 2 accounts (in the first 2 years) both banned because of the previous offence.
• I have run a new account for over 5 months (with no payment) showing I am able to run within the rules.
• I have the same address.
• I have the same card.
• UK Resident.

With these factors considered, could I get back in by sending a wonderful message to the Adsense team saying 'Look, I was a stupid kid, im grown up now, here's proof' or should I cut my losses and try something else.

A new address and card are very difficult for me to aquire.

Thoughts?

Adsense Won't Care about things you will Say... Different details is an option, Get it approved with your friend's or relative's name.

If approval is the problem then buy one account from the marketplace here.

Well now I have an adsense account with money in it, I also have a YouTube channel I wish to grow which is pointless if I can't get into the adsense program.
