These are deleted domains. It's not possible to have each domain on a different registrar account using a brand new persona and email if you are buying expired domains from auctions or from a certain registrar. We are registering every single domain name on a different account. Some still have PR, some don't. However, it's the juiciness of the links that matters most. This is the main criteria of selection, health and juiciness.
