I bought a 5 Dedicated Private Proxies (test package) about a week ago, and I wanted to drop in and say that I really like your service, all proxy are fast and stable.
Quick question, is there an option to upgrade my current package to bigger one?

Hi,
Here is the latest results.
they answer to their tickets is very very slow.
Their proxies are not HTTPS at all and they told me wait to fix this issue.
Here is start time to wait : 20/07/2015 11:59
And still there is no answer. -> 5 Days to just activate https in their config -> Are you serious?
But one of http proxies of them is ok and fast and i just test one, no more.

Finally they answered me and fixed HTTPS issue.
Now their proxies are HTTP/HTTPS and i am gonna to buy a package from this seller.

Hi, Our minimum package starts from 5 only, we dont offer anything less. However we can provide you a small one proxy trial to suit your needs.
If you compare us with most proxy providers our rates are very low , Also we make sure that our proxies are of high quality that is why we keep only 1 and 3 users for dedicated and shared users. You can find cheaper rates but you can expect that with one proxy there are atleast 5-10 users sharing which would be nothing but to slow down the speed and get bans on most site.
Also we started proxy operations here in 2015 and all our ip ranges are new and totally virgin. So you can expect our proxies to run much better than others.

Yes these proxies work with bing ads , google ads, facebook ads platform , Also on bing rewards. We have some digital marketing companies and users utilizing proxies for those purposes.

It's curious what happens when you are too busy to follow everything but want to keep this kind of services alive because "you never know, maybe i will need these proxies and want to have them available all the time".
They keep taking my money from the recurrent payment on PayPal (also in June and July), but they terminated my proxy package 4 weeks ago because an invoice overdue on May (almost 3 months ago).
Obviously that invoice has been regularly paid, checked twice and also received their email confirmation correctly.
Can you please check my ticket (#377862) where you can find all the PayPal transaction IDs for every month until now?
And maybe reactivate my proxies package?
It's clearly a software problem, i don't doubt about your good faith.
However the thing is: i've paid, but your software says i miss a payment 3 months ago. I provided you the transaction IDs, you can check on your own PayPal account, and realize your software has unfairly terminated a proxy package, preventing me to use them today (finally have some time, and no proxies.......).

My dear friend, The issue is your payment didnt came on the due date that why our system is automated and it terminates the package instantly for which we dont have any hold. I have replied you with payment dates and other details through the ticket. Also extended your subscription days for the same. So you can check out there and let me know if anything else is needed.
