Everything is working well, except when I want to upload a picture. When I click on the camera icon, the app crashes and restarts. Did you encounter this issue and, if yes, how did you solve it? I am using Windows 7. I will try on Mac OS as well.

Just tried the same on my Macbook Pro, same problem. I can not upload pics.

worked for me only on win 8.1 -_- NOT on xp + w7 ; w8, mac + linux not tested

Just wanted to say this works on windows 7 if you use version 6.20.2 of the instagram apk. The most recent version doesn't work for some reason.

I can upload pictures using 6.20.2. but it crashes when i try videos. Im not sure if its the video im trying to upload or the app. Any one have any video settings for uploading?

Problem solved: I just had to follow what is recommended on the spreadsheet for Instagram, i.e. to turn off the Advanced Camera Settings.

Go to the menu => Camera => Disable "Use Instagram's Advanced Camera"

The world is perfect now!

Thanks for putting it here I have encountered many problems on many pc's. It is different on every PC I noticed. On one you can use it without even doing the advanced camera thingy, on the other you cant even open the app

This doesn't work with proxies - even if you use something like foxyproxy for chrome - the app goes straight around it.
I requested it as a feature - look through the requests and add your voice.

Im getting " your version of instagram is out of date. please upgrade your app to.." error when try to login, i'm download last version of instagram from google play... Any one have same problem?

Everthing ok, i can log in in instagram app, but when i try to register an account the app just close, i tried a lot but always close.

Someone have the same problem?
