Just for an email submit? my traffic source is from IG, i didnt think the niche would matter

Guys this is not the way it works. You don't go to random people in the streets and ask "what is the best shop ?" without giving any details on what product you want to buy. That's not how money is made online sorry.

There is no case in which the niche is irrelevant. I don't know where you learned your basics, but you're wrong on this point.
Unless it's skimmed general traffic (which will get you banned from CPA companies for the low quality traffic), you will need to find an offer that fits your public.
Please also note that incentive and non incentive offer make a big difference and can avoid you a ban form CPA companies.

How can it be not relevant?
There are a lot of email submit offers, and you want to find one that is good for your niche and your geography
Anyway- if you want us to help you find 'the best' for you, we will need to know some details in order to recommend on offers or networks...
