Just a quick update - their support is fast and I'm happy to say that after they rebooted the server I can connect with no problem. Not sure what the issue was, but a reboot fixed it.

So far support is awesome and all is now going great.

I purchased plan Windows VPS 4096 and have had virtually no luck in trying to connect via RDC. I can connect 'sometimes', but get disconnected after about 30 min. I have a static IP, based in the US and have other windows servers that I can connect to with no problem.

I contacted their support and they did reply quickly, but they seem to think it I my problem.

Anyone else experience this? If it is my problem I am fine with doing whatever it takes to fix it, but I don't see how it could be simply because I can connect at times (rarely) but 90% of the time I cannot.

My other servers connect instantly and stay connected. It is only weloveservers that won't connect.

Any suggestions? I'm going to try a couple more days then ask for a refund if this doesn't work out. There are too many quality hosts out there to waste so much time on this one.

Ended with contacted their customer service and they fixed the problem. Yeah, they responded quickly. But still I wonder why this happened only with this provider. I'm not having this experience with another provider.

We'll the problem is continuing and to add to that my vps has crashed twice in 4 days. Each time I have to submit a ticket to get things back online. *I also have no issues with other providers, which I probably should have stuck with.

The whole reason I ordered this was to have a dependable vps that will run some apps 24/7 for marketing. That way I can go about my business and not worry about it. But this vps is less reliable than my desktop..

Each time I have to restart everything.

I'm giving them one more try hoping that it is an issue they can fix permanently, otherwise I'm moving on..

madmaxseo, have you ask for the refund? Time by time, it's better for you finding another provider that fit your needs.

I'll probably have to dispute the charge, which I hate doing (as I am also a merchant). So I'm giving them ample time to do what is right before taking that action.

If you have any suggestions of a reliable host that will allow MS please let me know.

Yeah, they ignored me when I asked about it yesterday.. Yet, I'm really impatient waiting to (it's been six days, my SER campaigns had to restart everytime they rebooted the vps!! :banghead

There are many reliable hosting that allows seo tools, I can suggest you try with solidseovps or poweruphosting. Right now I'm using poweruphosting. So far I haven't had a problem with them. I used them as a backup when weloveserver started to make problem (RDP problem).

Anyway i am using their VPS 4096 plan and so far its working perfectly for me. I never encountered any downtime since i ordered it 2 weeks ago.
Also as for speed and hardware i think their VPS setup is far more better than the others, i am running thousands of accounts using FL without any problems.
