Personally have never heard that. Many people use and like their products. Not having a trial, and? I don't give trials. Many legitimate reasons for not wanting too. Not offering refunds, well it is their product so it is their decision. If you don't like it, then it is your choice not to buy the program in the first place.
I have never bought their products, nor dealt with them, but I find this hard to believe. This would all but destroy a business, especially one as fickle as SEO products. If it is the case they are stealing / defrauding you and you have options to recover your money. But I have a feeling there could be more to this story than stated
I would not write anything like that without my own experience. I went up to PayPal disput for refund but it was rejected. That FL owner has a very tricky payment system. So you pay to Avantgate something and they will redirect you to PayPal. May be that's why disput did not work.
I wish I could have time to contact all his victims and place him into ShitList...
I tried using Twidium but it's too confusing and does work as stated. I tried to use the follow by list option. I have a list of accounts i want to follow in .txt format. I added the file but it only follows one account then stops. I tried the donor account follow, that works but not when i add a list of specific users i want to follow.

If you've got a genuine grievance, you need to go through the process and provide proof. PM me and I'm happy to send you details or answer any questions on the shitlist process.
You can't call people out or make defamatory statements without providing proof. Otherwise everyone could post lies about their competitors or ex-colleagues and it would become a huge mess. We want to see buyers get their issues resolved but posting accusations because you haven't got time for the shitlist is not acceptable.

Veblues to @oliva999 - You said you opened a a dispute on your order. Once a dispute is opened fund are deducted by PayPal from our account. In that case, the system will automatically disable the license since technically the fund has been returned. You can't expect us to give you license when the money you paid has been deducted by PayPal from our account.
PayPal dispute is not guarantee you'll get a Refund - they will investigate. Here is reply from PayPal:
So Weblues statement about me getting refund and requesting the license is false. As he is saying in his post "the system will automatically disable the license" doesn't work this way. PayPal can't guarantee case in your favor. They will investigate it to find out who is wright and who is wrong.
There are experiences of other BHW users:

Regarding his "Refund policy"... twitter makes it so complicated for developers to create really good software... What you can judge from description???? It's pure advertising of wished for features. So you are unable to Judge what you are getting until you try it with many accounts in real life.
So in my opinion this statement "doesn't work as described" in his Refund policy is total BS. The proof is in his thread. Just check it out. See what kind of problems people are having...
