No these ones don't work for ads ..
For ads mostly people try 4 year old ones ..
I have got some .. If you want to give them a try ..
The ones are listed on thread are 1-3 month old and are without any activity or friends..

But due to recent update in twitter it has become so tough ..
No one is making them as of now. So wait for few days until we take over that and get back with production
