OP, I was one of the "initial orders" placed on July 10th and tomorrow would be the due date for the order. Nevertheless, I've seen a couple posts in your thread about extending the deadline for completion on orders that have been placed. What is the new timeline for the report ?

I ordered on the 6th and received the report on the 23rd
Quality:
I had ordered the medium package. The Quality of these Properties are Outstanding with Good Unique Content.
The High pr domains are having some Nice Stats and Well designed with pages.(+ 1 for that)
All the Descriptions on profile,css,Brand,Portfolio,Images,Videos were Unique and Readable.

The second keyword moved to 11 from 50+

Just received my report.And must say These are a good mix of Manual Quality links.The report was done in between the 3 weeks timeframe, that is Decent.2 of my 3 keywords have moved to the middle of page 2 from Nowhere and the third keyword is dancing like crazy. Not all the backlinks have indexed though so I Expect a little more Rise in Serps. I am hoping that my keywords will Hit the page 1 in a matter of time.My keywords are low to medium difficulty and I ll do a Good ROI once i hit the Top 3. Already Tempted to Order the Biggest package.

NOTE: I spoke with the OP about this AFTER my original review (found below) and he was very willing to address my concerns in this area regarding the unlinked links that were present in the order. #2 On the video issue, he said that the video is created solely for your specific website and do not typically use any other video unless it is suggested by the client. He was also willing to go back through my properties to remove some of the instances where the same video had been placed. I am very appreciative of his willingness to do and that speaks volumes to me as a buyer that even though it will be time consuming for him to do this, that he is willing to work on the order until I'm satisfied with it. My only requests were to remove some of the instances of the video and to address the unlinked links.

This was a "review copy" order. I placed the order on July 10, 2015. The order TAT was supposed to be 15 days, but the OP did communicate that the order would be slightly delayed. Nevertheless, with that said, I would recommend that the OP change the TAT stated on the sales thread to 15-20 days to allow for more order completion flexibility.
Communication: 5/5
Any communication that I had to engage in with the OP was timely. If I had a question, I received a reply within hours so the timely replies were highly appreciated. Necessary communication was minimal, but overall a good experience nonetheless.
Report: 3.5/5
The report I received came in an Excel document. The sections are: Web 2.0, High PR, Alexa 10x, Images, Audio, Video, Artist/Portfolio, Brand Identity, CSS Design Gallery, Business Citation, Question & PDF. I have a few gripes in the order. I'd like to point out my concern that the "same" video was used on several of the pages. I'd almost rather that the video be taken down than be used over and over again. I also found a link in spot checking the report that I could not open ? Two links were an issue where it was not hyperlinked at all on the audio pages.. just text body in the content (could be that whomever wrote up the page just forgot to hyperlink the address) ?, but twice ? and that's just spot checking so there's something left to be desired there. I don't like how those were done. On a link I clicked on in the video section, again.. the link was not hyperlinked.. just text in the body of the description. I saw yet another instance of this on the "artist portfolio" section and that was in spot checking only 3 of 8 links in that section.
Additionally, regarding the content on the Web2.0's.. There was some content that was written that didn't really make a lot of sense so I question the quality of the writing in some spots, but for the most part I'm satisfied with the work that was done. Keep in mind you will not receive a "full" report. The OP clarified in the sales thread that only 25% of the report will be shared with you upon delivery. Most of what you see is what was built on Tier 1.
With that said, there are definitely some quality control issues in the report but I think that with a little more attention and care, this area will become more acceptable.
Overall: 4.5/5 (adjusted overall rank based on OP's willingness to work on the order until I was satisfied)
I gave the OP medium keywords and chose the medium package and I cannot yet report on SERP increases. The OP says that I should see that over the next 20 days as the links continue to drip and that's fine. With that said, overall, I think that the service is good from the standpoint that you get a lot of diversity in the types of links that you get. It has the potential to push your keywords up as many of the domains where you receive links are sitting on high DA domains. It may be slow, but that also helps in making any increases that you may experience appear more natural which is another positive.
My recommendations to the OP are to change the TAT to 15-20 days since that seems more appropriate considering the nature of the service and popularity of the thread makes it extremely hard to complete this in 15 days. I would also recommend that more care be taken to ensure that all of the links in the report are hyperlinked. I would also recommend not using the same video throughout the report on several pages. It just looks like a red flag to me and these days in Google land, "diversity is the key". I'd be fine even if you rotated a few different videos rather than just going with one throughout.
Regardless of the hiccups I experienced in this service, I still recommend this service for your link building needs. As you saw in my ADDON to this review, the OP clarified the issues for me AND will work on your order until you're satisfied and that is a "very BIG deal". You don't always find that in a seller on any forum.
