Hi bhwers,

I am looking for someone that can create non-usa paypal accounts for me. Need 4 verified paypal accounts + 2 email address in each account.

-> Paying $12 for each account
-> Only for those that know how to use proxies and create the accounts safely
-> Long term service needed (4 accounts for now)
-> Payment via paypal
-> Replace banned accounts

I live in india. have a dynamic Ip ISP, I too have 2 separate accounts in payapl, both verified. Maybe i can help.

I can help you with that. If you can buy vcc for me, I can verify it too.

I use dynamic ips so no case of fraud, etc.

I myself create 3 account per day for my clients.

mkathik - I need other country paypals too, not only india.

harrisunderwork - if i provide vcc, I can only pay $3 - $4 for each account, which I do not prefer to do.

Replace banned accounts?

there is a little rigour, as we know paypal is easy to banned accounts when we use it.
you can buy one account, and use it do something and get banned, and request sb replace it, and recycling.....
i don't think it will be a nice thing.
